Chris is the Sr. Director of the Datacenter Optimization (DCO) team within the Global Partner Solutions, US organization (GPSUS) at Microsoft. The DCO team is an incubation/business development resource with a core focus on driving strategic Azure adoption and scale consumption through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. Chris has 25 years of global experience focused on emerging technologies within the Hosting/Cloud Services, Software and Telecommunications industries. Chris joined Microsoft in March 1999 and has been directly focused on Cloud Computing, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and Managed Service Providers.
Adam is the Director of Partner Development on the Datacenter Optimization Team at Microsoft. He has business development responsibility working with partners to enable datacenter migrations to Azure, supporting Microsoft partners as they digitally transform their business. Adam has over 15 years of experience in Information Technology. Prior to his current role, he has held roles in Direct Sales Leadership, Account Management, Technical Sales, Consulting and IT Operations. Adam resides in Chicago, IL with his wife and three children.
Andrew is a senior business development and technical enablement manager on the Strategic Growth - Datacenter Optimization team at Microsoft. He has responsibility for the strategy and enablement of partners to drive scale migrations to Azure through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. Andrew joined Microsoft in September 2014. Prior to Microsoft, he spent 12 years at CenturyLink (formerly Savvis) where he most recently served as Director of Engineering, Managed Services. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science with an emphasis in information management from Webster University. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Andrew still resides in St. Louis with his wife and three children.
Fernando is a business development and technical enablement manager on the Strategic Growth - Datacenter Optimization team at Microsoft. He has responsibility for the strategy and enablement of partners to drive scale migrations to Azure through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. Fernando joined Microsoft in April 2021 as a Partner Development Manager. Prior to Microsoft, he spent 9 years at First National Technology Solutions (FNTS) where he served in various roles from Sales Engineer to Cloud Engineer. Originally from Lexington, North Carolina, Fernando, and his wife now call Omaha, Nebraska home. Where they live with their four children.
Keith is a senior business development manager on the Strategic Growth - Datacenter Optimization team at Microsoft. He has responsibility for the strategy and enablement of partners to drive scale migrations to Azure through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. Keith joined Microsoft in January 2013 as a Licensing Sales Specialist then moving to the Data and AI business before joining the team. Prior to Microsoft, he spent 8 years in the channel working on business development across many solutions. Keith graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Psychology and now represents the Buckeye state as he is based in Cleveland with his wife and his daughter.
Mark is a senior business development and technical enablement manager on the Strategic Growth - Datacenter Optimization team at Microsoft. He has responsibility for the strategy and enablement of partners to drive scale migrations to Azure through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. Mark joined Microsoft in January 2016 as a Cloud Solution Architect. Prior to Microsoft, he spent 8 years at CenturyLink (formerly Savvis) where he most recently served as Manager of Engineering, Managed Services. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Business Administration from Fontbonne University. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Mark still resides in St. Louis with his wife and three children.
Melissa is a Partner Development Manager on the Datacenter Optimization team, within the GPSUS organization at Microsoft. Melissa has responsibility to recruit channel partners and help grow their Azure business. Melissa brings a wealth of industry and partner experience to the team. Prior to joining Microsoft in June, 2021, Melissa was Director, Global Portfolio & Commercial Strategy for Ricoh, responsible for assessing new market opportunities for the company. Prior to that she held lead sales and channel development roles with multiple MSPs. Melissa resides in Philadelphia with her husband and two daughters.
Rodney is a senior business development manager on the Strategic Growth - Datacenter Optimization team at Microsoft. He has responsibility for the strategy and enablement of partners to drive scale migrations to Azure through the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. Rodney joined Microsoft in 2011 as a Licensing Sales Specialist. Prior to joining the Datacenter Optimization team, he was an Account Executive in both CAM and the EOU. In days before Microsoft, he spent 3 years at Softchoice and 4 years at SHI in various account management roles. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Computer Engineering Technology and a minor in Spanish from Purdue University. Hailing from Indianapolis, Rodney and his wife now call Los Angeles home where they live with their daughter and two dogs.

T.R. joined Microsoft in January 2006 and has held a variety of roles including Architect, Solution Specialist, and Account Executive. T.R. resides in Carmel, IN with his wife and two kids.
